Time Picker:
This dialog is used throughout the system to specify a specific time.
For example, a file might have a "Last Accessed" time field. This dialog is used to modify that field.
Time: This field is a count of units, different for each field type within the system, usually a count of seconds, milliseconds, or other from an epoch time. The unit used is specific to the caller.
Now: This button is used to change the time field to the current time.
Okay Saves the new setting.
Cancel - Ignores any changes and keeps the current setting.
